Standard to all of our homes – covered lanais, heated private pool, hot tub and pool table.

No Booking Fees

We do not charge an administration or booking fee.

Pool Heat and Hot Tub Heat

We do not charge extra for pool or hot tub heat.

Barbecue

All of our homes have a propane grill.  There is no charge for the the first tank of propane.

Security Deposit

We do not charge a Security Deposit. We work on the honor system.  If you break something just let us know and we will work something out.

Payment

We offer a payment plan.  We accept ZELLE, checks, MasterCard and Visa.

Discounts

We offer discounts for multi week bookings.

At certain times of the year we offer specials.

Booking Dates 

We normally book Saturday to Saturday but call us for exceptions.

Linens and Towels

All linens and towels are supplied.  Inexpensive beach towels are supplied for pool and beach use.

Refrigerators

Each home has two refrigerators – one in each kitchen and one on the lanai

Kitchens

In addition to dishes, pots and pans there are numerous small appliances – 4 slice toaster, juicer, blender, mixer, slow cooker etc.

For your convenience a large capacity HE washer and dryer is supplied
