We have been coming to Florida for over 25 years.  When we discovered Bradenton and Anna Maria Island we fell in love with the area. We bought our first home The Mansion in 2011.  We loved it so much that we acquired The Lakehouse in 2012, The Seascape in 2014 and lastly The Waterview in 2015.  We spent a year in each home doing a complete remodel of each house. Every home has been a labor of love. We are continually doing improvements to the properties from artificial turf around the pool at the Mansion to carpeting on the lanai at The Lakehouse.

All of our homes are within a mile of each other in NW Bradenton.  The location is ideal – whether you want the privacy of the house, a quick trip to the conveniently located store, a day at the beach, or a walk around the neighborhood.

Our goal is to provide you with an affordable, high quality, and carefree vacation full of wonderful memories.  We work hard so you don’t have to.  Our properties are clean and well taken care of.

Our homes will accommodate small groups, large family reunions and corporate retreats.
